Lily House was registered in June 2025, it is registered for up to 6 children with learning disabilities. Lily House is located in a small village just outside of Bourne in Lincolnshire, it has 4 children’s bedrooms upstairs complete with ensuite and their own personal lounge area with a sensory area in each of the lounges, there are a further 2 children’s bedrooms in the cottage area, these are designed to accommodate older children.  The main house has a huge dining room, communal lounge, kitchen and staff sleep room. There are several different garden areas attached to the house with various pieces of equipment for the children’s enjoyment. We have an adult team to accommodate the children’s needs throughout the day and a waking night support team should the children require support through the night.

Lily House has Car Dyke school attached to it, although the school is a separate entity and registered as a school, all our residents are offered a place within the school setting, thus eliminating the feelings of anxiety with the transition from home to school.
